August 13, 2026

Arlington, VA – Sapien Labs is pleased to announce a new partnership with ThisWayUp, a mental health platform and community supporting women and teens. Through this collaboration, ThisWayUp is embedding the Mind Health Quotient (MHQ), giving its community free access to Sapien Labs’ validated mind health assessment.

Founded by Cat Miller, ThisWayUp provides expert-led, evidence-based video content, practical resources and authentic storytelling designed to reduce stigma, foster connection and support the mental health and well-being of women and teens.
